Common use of Passenger Elevators Clause in Contracts

Passenger Elevators. Landlord shall provide nonexclusive, non-attended automatic passenger elevator service during the Building Hours, shall have one elevator available at all other times, except on the Holidays, and shall provide nonexclusive, non-attended automatic passenger escalator service during Building Hours only.
