Common use of Passenger Elevator Service Clause in Contracts

Passenger Elevator Service. Landlord shall provide nonexclusive automatic passenger elevator service, with all elevators in service (subject to normal maintenance and repair) during Building Hours and at least one elevator in service during non-Building Hours.

Passenger Elevator Service.
