Each Party will appoint a representative (a “Service Representative”) responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery and receipt of the Services, which Service Representative will have authority to act on such Party’s behalf with respect to matters relating to this Agreement. The Service Representatives will work in good faith to address any issues involving the Parties’ relationship under this Agreement (including, without limitation, any pricing and other Service related matters).
