Common use of Party B’s responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Party B’s responsibilities. (1) Party B shall design in accordance with the relevant regulations and technical specifications and standards agreed upon in the specific services agreement(s). Party B shall deliver design documents to Party A in accordance with the contents, timing and number of copies as stipulated in the specific services agreement(s), and Party B shall be responsible for the quality of the submitted design documents.
