Parts Replacement. As determined by JEOL, all defective items covered by the JSA, shall be replaced. The following items are excluded: filaments, scintillators, Wehnelt assemblies, consumables, and specimen holders not listed on the JSA. JEOL reserves the right to use refurbished and/or rebuilt parts at its sole discretion. Said parts are warranted under paragraph 6 below. All defective parts replaced by JEOL shall become the property of JEOL. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all parts returned to JEOL are shipped in compliance with all applicable laws.

Parts Replacement. Thermopompes N&R Sol Inc shall replace and install any of the following parts as they become defective through normal use at no cost to the customer. Some maximum coverage’s are indicated in bold characters.
Parts Replacement. GE will determine which parts are required to perform the Services and will provide all parts and materials (new or used Serviceable, including use of Rotable Parts) required to accomplish the Services. Each used Serviceable part will be a GE part of a similar age, value and utility to the removed Part. A published price list for parts shall be submitted with the contractor’s invoice to the State. Contractor must notify the Facility Manager or designee prior to ordering and/or installing the part. Parts Replacement. GE shall determine which parts are required to accomplish the Services associated with a MCPH Shop Visit and shall provide all parts and materials required to accomplish the Services.
Parts Replacement. In the performance of Equipment Maintenance Services Entrust may at its option repair or replace any part that fails to perform its function under normal use. Entrust may at its option use new, rebuilt, or reconditioned parts or improved parts provided such parts are capable of performing functions at a level similar to those of the replaced parts.

When parts are needed, the Contractor will be reimbursed for the actual cost of the parts plus 10%, plus actual shipping charges and taxes paid by the contractor to obtain the parts. Proof of cost, such as a copy of the actual invoice for the parts from the business from which it was purchased must be attached to the Contractor's invoice for reimbursement. Any parts replaced shall remain the property of the Home. The only exception is when the CalVet Contract Manager authorizes the Contractor to use the part(s) as a refund for “core” charges. If the Contractor is authorized to use the part for “core” exchange, the invoice must reflect the reduced cost of the parts based on “core” exchange value. The State assumes no responsibility and shall not reimburse the Contractor for parts ordered by the Contractor and/or labor if the part was installed prior to authorization by the CalVet Contract Manager. Contractor shall be responsible for the replacement of parts necessitated by the Contractor’s negligence at no expense to the State.
