What we require to achieve using our Partnership structures The structures adopted to support Partnership Working and to progress joint business efficiently and effectively in support of the SPS Vision will:  Feature formal opportunities for the Partners to meet at regular intervals.  Have an emphasis on the value of informal working and the opportunity to share ideas off the record and without prejudice.  Build trust and mutual understanding.  Avoid unnecessary bureaucracy.  Feature the attendance of people at meetings when it is clear that their attendance will add value and who are empowered to make decisions when required to do so.
