Partner Website. You hereby represent and warrant that your Partner Website must be owned, operated and controlled by you. You hereby agree: (a) not to allow anyone other than yourself to access or use your Software; (b) to provide accurate and complete Account and login information; (c) to remain solely responsible and liable for the activity that occurs in your Partner Website; (d) to remain solely responsible for the activity of the users of your Partner Website (“Partner Users”); and (e) to notify Loadmill immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized access to your Partner Website.

Partner Website. (a) If you operate a Partner Website, you agree to ensure that the content of your Partner Website is up-to-date and accurate at all times during the course of your Partner Program membership. (b) You may provide our corporate details, a description of our Products, a link to the Blueberry Website and any other information that we require you to display from time to time on your Partner Website, subject to our approval. (c) Unless we agree with you otherwise in writing, you must not market to potential Clients: i. on any site where we promote the Blueberry Website; ii. on any internet search engine on which we promote the Blueberry Website; iii. in any other way that results in you competing with us regarding the promotion of your Partner Website including but not limited to the promotion of your Partner Website through other introducers; and iv. on any other online software, application or other platform enabling online trading that’s similar to and/or competitive with us.

Partner Website a. When operating a Partner Website, the IB agrees to ensure that the content of the Partner Website is up-to-date and accurate at all times during the course of the Partner Programme membership. b. the IB may provide the Company's corporate details, a description of the Company's Products, a link to the XeOne Website and any other information that the Company requires the IB to display from time to time on the IB Partner Website, subject to the Company's approval. c. Unless the Company agree with the IB otherwise in writing, the IB must not market to potential Clients: i. on any site where the Company promotes the XeOne website; ii. on any internet search engine on which the Company promotes the XeOne Website; iii. in any other way that results in the IB competing with the Company regarding the promotion of the IB Partner Website including but not limited to the promotion of IB Partner Website through other introducers; and iv. on any other online software, application or other platform enabling online trading that's similar to and/or competitive with us.
