Partner Exclusivity. During the Term, neither Bank nor any of its Affiliates shall enter into any agreement with any of the retailers listed on Schedule 2.5 or any of their respective Affiliates providing for issuance, offering or marketing in the United States of a Credit Card bearing a corporate name, brand or trademark used by any of such retailers in connection with the operation of their retail businesses in the United States.
