Partner Code of Conduct. Without prejudice to any of the foregoing, the Partner acknowledges and agrees that it shall at all times adhere to the standards set out in the then-current Ellucian Partner Code of Conduct from time to time (the requirements of which shall be incorporated herein).

As related to Participant’s business with ServiceNow, Participant shall raise suspected, potential, or actual violations of the Partner Code of Conduct, any other ServiceNow policy or procedure, or of law, to ServiceNow.
