Common use of Parties Interested Herein Clause in Contracts

Parties Interested Herein. Nothing expressed or implied in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to confer upon, or to give to, any person other than the Parties any right, remedy, or claim under or by reason of this Agreement or any covenants, terms, conditions, or provisions thereof, and all the covenants, terms, conditions, and provisions in this Agreement by and on behalf of the Parties shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Parties.

Parties Interested Herein. Nothing expressed or implied in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to confer upon, or to give to, any person other than the Parties Authority and the Consultant any right, remedy, or claim under or by reason of this Agreement or any covenants, terms, conditions, or provisions thereof, and all the covenants, terms, conditions, and provisions in this Agreement by and on behalf of the Parties Authority and the Consultant shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the PartiesAuthority and the Consultant.

Nothing in this Agreement expressed or implied in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to confer upon, or to give or grant to, any person or entity, other than the Parties Company and the Insurer, any right, remedy, remedy or claim under or by reason of this Agreement or any covenantscovenant, terms, conditions, condition or provisions thereofstipulation hereof, and all the covenants, termsstipulations, conditions, promises and provisions agreements in this Agreement contained by and on behalf of the Parties Company and the Insurer shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the PartiesCompany and the Insurer.

Nothing in this Agreement expressed or implied in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to confer upon, or to give or grant to, any person or entity, other than the Parties Company and Financial Guaranty, any right, remedy, remedy or claim under or by reason of this Agreement or any covenantscovenant, terms, conditions, condition or provisions thereofstipulation hereof, and all the covenants, termsstipulations, conditions, promises and provisions agreements in this Agreement contained by and on behalf of the Parties Company shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the PartiesCompany and Financial Guaranty.
