Union Responsibilities Except for claims resulting from errors caused by defective City equipment, the Union agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City for any loss or damage arising from the operation of this Article.
Association Responsibilities 1. The organization shall keep an adequate itemized record of its financial transactions and shall make available annually to the City Clerk, and to all unit employees, within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of its fiscal year, a detailed written financial report thereof in the form of a balance sheet and an operating statement, certified as to its accuracy by its president and the treasurer or corresponding principal officer, or by a certified public accountant.
Parties Responsibilities It is the duty of Management to make every reasonable effort to provide and maintain a safe place of employment. CAPE will cooperate by encouraging all employees to perform their work in a safe manner. It is the duty of all employees in the course of performing their regularly assigned duties to be alert to unsafe practices, equipment, and conditions and to report any such unsafe practices, or conditions to their immediate supervisors. If the area representative is not satisfied with the response of the safety officer, a CAPE representative may consult with the Chief of the Health, Safety, Disability and Benefits Division of the Department of Human Resources or his designate. A representative of such branch shall investigate the matter and advise the Assessor and CAPE of his findings, and recommendations, if any.
