Parties and Their Agents. As used herein, the term “agents” when used with respect to either party shall include the agents, employees, officers and representatives of such party. All approvals, consents or other determinations permitted or required by the City hereunder shall be made by or through the Superintendent unless otherwise provided in this Agreement or unless the City gives notice otherwise to WPZS.
