PARTIES AND AGREEMENTS. This contract is an agreement between Texas Tech University, herein referred to as “The University,” and the student resident. If the student resident is under 18 years of age, this contract is also an agreement between The University and the student resident’s parents, guardian, or other guarantor, herein referred to as “Guarantor”. The parties to this contract, in consideration of the mutual covenants and stipulations set out herein, agree as follows:

If the student is under 18 years of age at the time of signing this contract, this contract is also an agreement between the College and his/her parents, guardian, or other guarantor. PARTIES AND AGREEMENTS. A. This Housing License Agreement is an agreement between Southern Methodist University (the “University”), and the Student. If the Student is under 18 years of age, this Housing License Agreement is also an agreement between the University and her/his parent(s), guardian(s), or other guarantor(s). The Student must be enrolled at the University in order to live in residential facilities. The Student agrees to accept and abide by the rules and regulations of the residential facility to which the Student is assigned.
PARTIES AND AGREEMENTS. A. This contract is an agreement between TKE DELTA NU HOUSING CORP and the undersigned (the “Frater-Lessee,” hereinafter) for a room assignment. It shall be effective upon execution by Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx and acceptance by an authorized representative of TKE DELTA NU HOUSING CORP.

This Contract is an agreement between the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of the College of Coastal Georgia (hereinafter the “College”) and the student (hereinafter the “Resident”). If the Resident is under eighteen (18) years of age, this Contract is also an agreement between the College and the Resident’s parent, guardian, or other guarantor. In performance of this contract, the College shall not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, disability, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or veteran status. The parties to this agreement, in consideration of the mutual covenants and stipulations set forth herein, agree as follows:
PARTIES AND AGREEMENTS. This contract is an agreement between Florida Keys College Campus Foundation, Inc. (hereinafter the "FKCCF" or “licensor”), with Florida Keys Community College acting as manager (hereinafter the “College”) and the student (the “licensee”). If the student is under 18 years of age, this contract is also an agreement between the College and the student's parent, guardian or other guarantor. This contract must also be executed by the parent, guardian or guarantor if the student is under 18 years of age. In performance of this contract, the College shall not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, disability or veteran status. If the Student is under 18 years of age, this Housing Agreement is also an agreement between the University and their parent(s), guardian(s), or other guarantor(s).
