PARTICULAR COVENANTS OF THE ISSUERS. SECTION 4.01. Payment of Principal of, and Premium, If Any, and Interest on, Debt Securities. The Issuers, for the benefit of each series of Debt Securities, will duly and punctually pay or cause to be paid the principal of, and premium, if any, and interest on, each of the Debt Securities at the place, at the respective times and in the manner provided herein and in the Debt Securities. Each installment of interest on the Debt Securities may at the Issuers' option be paid by mailing checks for such interest payable to the Person entitled thereto to the address of such Person as it appears on the Debt Security Register maintained pursuant to Section 2.07(a). Principal, premium and interest in respect of Debt Securities of any series shall be considered paid on the date due if no later than 11:00 A.M., New York City time, on such date
