Common use of Participating Physician Clause in Contracts

Participating Physician. A physician or a member of a Medical Group that has a contract in effect with Contractor to provide Covered Services to Enrollees.

Participating Physician. A physician or a member of a Medical Group that has a contract in effect with Contractor to provide Covered Health Care Services to Enrollees.

Participating Physician. A physician who has contracted, directly or a member of a Medical Group that has a contract in effect indirectly, as an independent contractor with Contractor AMERICAID to provide certain Covered Services to EnrolleesCovered Persons and who is duly licensed under applicable state law.
