Participating County. Funding for the Project shall be a minimum of percent ( %) of the Total Eligible Project Costs. Participating County. The Parties hereto acknowledge that obtaining the approvals and consents of the Board and/or Finance and the provision of documents to the Board and/or Finance as set forth in this Article I and otherwise herein shall be a responsibility of [the Department and ]the BSCC.
