Common use of Participating Consumers Clause in Contracts

Participating Consumers. Eligible Consumers enrolled in the Program, either because they are consumers who receive Default Service from the Distribution Utility as of the Effective Date and have not opted out, or have been served by the Program under the 2019 ESA and have not opted out, or are Newly Eligible Consumers.
