Participant Elections and Beneficiary Designations. All participant elections and beneficiary designations made under any plan sponsored by a member of the RemainCo Group or SpinCo Group prior to the effective date as of which assets or liabilities relating to that plan are transferred or allocated to a member of the SpinCo Group or RemainCo Group, as applicable, shall continue in effect under any plan maintained by any member of the SpinCo Group or RemainCo Group, as applicable, to which liabilities are transferred or allocated pursuant to this Agreement until such time as any applicable participant changes his elections or beneficiary designations in accordance with the procedures of the relevant plan, as the case may be, including deferral, investment, and payment form elections, dividend elections, coverage options and levels, beneficiary designations and the rights of alternate payees under qualified domestic relations orders.
Participant Elections and Beneficiary Designations. All participant elections and beneficiary designations made under any Benefit Plan sponsored by a member of the CSC Group prior to the Effective Time with respect to which Assets or Liabilities are transferred or allocated to plans maintained by a member of the Computer Sciences GS Group in accordance with this Agreement shall continue in effect under the applicable Computer Sciences GS plan, including deferral, investment and payment form elections, dividend elections, coverage options and levels, beneficiary designations and the rights of alternate payees under qualified domestic relations orders, to the extent allowed by applicable Law.

All participant elections and beneficiary designations made under any Cadbury benefit plan prior to the date as of which assets or liabilities relating to that plan are transferred to DPSG shall continue in effect under any plan maintained by DPSG or any DPSG Subsidiary to which liabilities are transferred pursuant to this Agreement until such time as the participant changes his or her elections or beneficiary designations in accordance with the procedures of the relevant plan, as the case may be.

Prior to the Effective Time, each participant in a CPLG Benefit Plan shall execute such elections and beneficiary designations as are promulgated by the administrator of each CPLG Benefit Plan. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if and to the extent a CPLG Benefit Plan participant has failed to execute and file an updated election and/or designation, the participant elections and beneficiary designations made under any corresponding LQ Benefit Plan prior to the Effective Time with respect to which Assets or Liabilities are transferred or allocated to CPLG Benefit Plans in accordance with this Agreement shall continue in effect under the applicable CPLG Benefit Plan to the extent permitted under the applicable CPLG Benefit Plan, including deferral and payment form elections, dividend elections, coverage options and levels, beneficiary designations and the rights of alternate payees under qualified domestic relations orders, in each case, to the extent allowed by applicable Law.

All participant elections and beneficiary designations made under any OPC Benefit Plan with respect to which Assets or Liabilities are transferred or allocated to plans maintained by a member of the CRC Group in accordance with this Agreement shall continue in effect under the applicable CRC Benefit Plan, including deferral, investment and payment form elections, dividend elections, coverage options and levels, beneficiary designations and the rights of alternate payees under qualified domestic relations orders, to the extent allowed by applicable Law.

All participant elections and beneficiary designations made under any plan sponsored by a member of the XxXxxxxxx Group prior to the effective date as of which assets or liabilities relating to that plan are transferred or allocated to a member of the B&W Group shall continue in effect under any plan maintained by any member of the B&W Group to which liabilities are transferred or allocated pursuant to this Agreement until such time as any applicable participant changes his elections or beneficiary designations in accordance with the procedures of the relevant plan, as the case may be, including deferral, investment, and payment form elections, dividend elections, coverage options and levels, beneficiary designations and the rights of alternate payees under qualified domestic relations orders.

All participant elections and beneficiary designations made under any Benefit Plan sponsored by a member of the Delta Group prior to the Effective Time with respect to which Assets or Liabilities are transferred or allocated to plans maintained by a member of the Ultra Group in accordance with this Agreement shall continue in effect under the applicable Ultra plan, including deferral, investment and payment form elections, dividend elections, coverage options and levels, beneficiary designations and the rights of alternate payees under qualified domestic relations orders, to the extent allowed by applicable Law and otherwise determined appropriate by Delta and Ultra.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if and to the extent a Xxxxxxx Electronics Benefit Plan participant has failed to execute and file an updated election and/or designation, the participant elections and beneficiary designations made under any corresponding Xxxxxxx International Benefit Plan prior to the Effective Time with respect to which Assets or Liabilities are transferred or allocated to Xxxxxxx Electronics Benefit Plans in accordance with this Agreement shall continue in effect under the applicable Xxxxxxx Electronics Benefit Plan, including, without limitation, deferral, investment and payment form elections, coverage options and levels, beneficiary designations and the rights of alternate payees under qualified domestic relations orders, in each case, to the extent allowed by applicable Law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if and to the extent an Allegion Benefit Plan participant has failed to execute and file an updated election and/or designation, the participant elections and beneficiary designations made under any corresponding IR Benefit Plan prior to the Effective Time with respect to which Assets or Liabilities are transferred or allocated to Allegion Benefit Plans in accordance with this Agreement shall continue in effect under the applicable Allegion Benefit Plan, including deferral, investment and payment form elections, dividend elections, coverage options and levels, beneficiary designations and the rights of alternate payees under qualified domestic relations orders, in each case, to the extent allowed by applicable Law.
