Participant Conduct. Failure to observe appropriate standards of conduct will result in immediate dismissal of Participant(s) from the Pavilion. TDA has the sole authority to determine if the actions of a Participant are within the requirements of this section. Participants are responsible for the actions of their employees, representatives, guests and agents in complying with this section.

Participant Conduct. Grueninger and its local ground handler reserve the right in its or their sole discretion to terminate any participant who does not abide by its or their rules and regulations, and/or whose conduct is deemed to be such as to endanger the participant, the welfare of other participants, staff members and/or third parties or the success of the program. In the event of such termination, participant will be sent home at the expense of the participant and his or her parent or guardian. The manner and means of transporting the participant home shall be determined exclusively by Grueninger. In the event of such termination, there will be no refund whatsoever. When you book with Grueninger, participant accepts responsibility for any damage or loss caused by participant. Full payment for any such damage or loss (reasonably estimated if not precisely known) must be paid direct at the time to the accommodation owner or manager or other supplier. Participant must indemnify Grueninger for the full amount of any claim (also including legal costs) made against Grueninger. Participant agrees to and shall indemnify and hold harmless Grueninger and each of our officers, directors, employees and agents, from any expenses, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements and costs (collectively, “damages”) involved with or incurred by Grueninger (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and the advancement of same) with respect to any claims, law suits, arbitrations, or other causes of action, which result, directly or indirectly, from any participant’s breach or violation, or threatened breach or violation, of this Agreement.
Participant Conduct. I understand that I and my child/xxxx are expected to abide by the Program’s rules and participate fully in the Program’s activities and that Xxxxx, at its sole discretion, may dismiss participants from the Program should their behavior be considered unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive. I understand that Xxxxx shall not refund or reimburse any fees or expenses incurred if I or my child/xxxx is dismissed from the Program.
Participant Conduct. Participants and their representatives agree to act in a professional manner during all hours of the Parade. Participant and its representatives will be professionally dressed at all times while working at the model during the Parade Hours. During construction and the Parade, Participant shall ensure that Participant’s representatives, subcontractors and suppliers, shall cooperate with the MBA and shall not do anything that demeans, disparages or reflects poorly on the Parade, the MBA, the construction industry, the Participant builders or subcontractors. Any violation of this provision, as deemed by the Executive Director, may result in financial penalty, expulsion from the Parade, and/or disqualification from future Parades. SALES, MARKETING & PROMOTIONAL LIMITATIONS The MBA will have sole authority to market and promote the Parade. Further, the MBA shall have the full authority to utilize the Parade site as deemed necessary to execute the details of the event. All marketing and promotional materials, whether or not generated by the MBA, shall spell out in full (if visual i.e. electronic download, print, sign) and state in full (if audio i.e. electronic download, radio, television) the full name of the event: “Metropolitan Builders Association’s Parade of Homes” at least one time in each advertisement. Subsequent references to the Parade in the same ad may be abbreviated to the “MBA’s Parade of Homes.”

Participant Conduct. Each Participant must: (i) be appropriately qualified to participate; (ii) login on time for training and in any event not later than twenty minutes after its scheduled start time (for public classroom); (iii) not conduct itself in an anti-social manner that could reasonably be considered contrary to Customer’s applicable employment rules and policies (for public classroom); (iv) protect the confidentiality of his or her Training Portal Login(s) and not share his or her User ID and/or User Password with others; and (v) not share access to the training or the Materials (defined in Section 6.1 below) with any third party for any reason. Trainers shall have the right in their reasonable discretion to exclude from a training session any person in breach of subsections (i)-(v) of this Section 3.1.
Participant Conduct. XXXX has high expectations for participant conduct and behavior. Upon arrival at the Program, participants will participate in an orientation and will discuss the nature of the Program community, standards of conduct, and participant responsibilities within the Program community. APEX discusses community norms and expectations with participants intermittently throughout the Program in community settings and includes information on these subjects in written materials with parent/s. In signing this Enrollment Agreement, the participant agrees to abide by the standards of conduct that support the goals of the Program. The success of the community depends upon the full and positive participation of all members. Participants must sign page 4 of this document.
Participant Conduct. Abusive or otherwise disorderly behavior that causes a material disruption will not be tolerated. The hearing officer may excuse from the hearing anyone (including either Party or their Advisor or Support Person) whose behavior causes a material disruption. The hearing officer, at their discretion, may postpone the hearing when a participant has been excused. The hearing officer will consider the equity of postponement as to both Parties.
