PARTICIPANT BONUSES. Annually, the Board, or a Committee of the Board, shall determine the bonus, if any, to which Participant is entitled pursuant to the policies of the Company regarding bonuses. As more fully described below, any bonus which is granted may be entirely in cash, entirely in stock or a combination of cash and shares of Stock.
