fifthly, in or towards payment pro rata of:\n(A) subject to clause 3.2 (Rolled Loan \u2013 restrictions) of the Intercreditor Agreement, any principal due and payable under the Term Loan Facility to the extent due and payable to the Lenders; and\n(B) any principal due but unpaid under the Revolving Facility; and\n(vi) sixthly, in or towards payment pro rata of any other sum due but unpaid under the Finance Documents.\n(b) Subject to clause 3.2 (Rolled Loan \u2013 restrictions) of the Intercreditor Agreement, the Agent shall, if so directed by the Lenders, vary the order set out in paragraphs
