Common use of Partial Day Low Census Clause in Contracts

Partial Day Low Census. i. With Standby for the patient care unit and/or cluster (for those units in a cluster). The nurse will be placed on standby for a portion of the shift and will be given a scheduled time to report to work for a portion of the shift at the nurse’s straight-time hourly rate.
