Common use of Part-Time Nurse Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Nurse. A part-time equivalent nurse is regularly scheduled to work and/or who works less than forty (40) hours per week (<l.0 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE), or, for designated nurses working twelve (12) hours shifts, a nurse who works less than thirty six (36) hours per week (<.9 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE).

Part-Time Nurse. A part-time equivalent nurse is regularly scheduled to work and/or who works for less than forty thirty-six (4036) hours per week (<l.0 FTE), but more than at least twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE), or, for designated nurses working twelve (12) hours shifts, a nurse who works less than thirty six (36) hours per week (<.9 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE)week.

Part-Time Nurse. A part-time equivalent Any nurse who is regularly scheduled to work and/or who works for less than 2 forty (40) hours per week (<l.0 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE), or, for designated nurses working twelve (12) hours shifts, a nurse who works less than thirty thirty-six (36) hours per week (<.9 FTE), but more than twenty (20) for nurses 4 leave and extended illness hours per week (>.5 FTE)on a pro rata basis.

Part-Time Nurse. A part-time equivalent nurse who is regularly scheduled to work and/or who works less than forty at least thirty-two 32 (4032) hours per week (<l.0 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE), or, for designated nurses working twelve (12) hours shifts, in a nurse who works less than thirty six (36) hours per week (<.9 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE)14-day period.

Part-Time Nurse. A part-time equivalent Any nurse who is regularly scheduled to work and/or who works for less 8 than forty (40) 40 hours per week (<l.0 FTE), but more than twenty (20) week. Such nurses shall be eligible to receive earned leave and 9 extended illness hours per week (>.5 FTE), or, for designated nurses working twelve (12) hours shifts, on a nurse who works less than thirty six (36) hours per week (<.9 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE)pro rata basis.

Part-Time Nurse. A part-time equivalent Defined as a nurse who is regularly scheduled to work and/or who works less than forty thirty- five (4035) but at least twenty-four (24) hours per week (<l.0 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE), or, for designated nurses working twelve (12) hours shifts, a nurse who works less than thirty six (36) hours per week (<.9 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE)week.

Part-Time Nurse. Part-Time Nurse. A part-time equivalent nurse who is regularly scheduled to work and/or who works less than forty at least thirty-two 6 (4032) hours per week (<l.0 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE), or, for designated nurses working twelve (12) hours shifts, in a nurse who works less than thirty six (36) hours per week (<.9 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE)14-day period.

Part-Time Nurse. A part-time equivalent nurse Any Nurse who is regularly scheduled twenty-4 (240) hours up to work and/or and including 35 hours per week, and who works less than forty (40) hours per week (<l.0 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE), or, for designated nurses working that schedule consistently throughout the twelve (12) hours shifts, a nurse who works less than thirty six (36) hours per week (<.9 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE)month period.

Part-Time Nurse. Part-Time Nurse. A part-time equivalent nurse is regularly scheduled to work and/or who works less than forty in an established position 8 of at least twenty-four (4024) hours per week or forty-eight (<l.0 FTE), but more than twenty (2048) hours per week (>.5 FTE)within a pay period, or, for designated nurses working twelve (12) hours shifts, a nurse who works 9 but less than thirty six (36) hours per week (<.9 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE)full-time.

Part-Time Nurse. A part-time equivalent Any nurse who is regularly scheduled to work and/or who works for less than 33 forty (40) hours per week (<l.0 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE), or, for designated nurses working twelve (12) hours shifts, a nurse who works less than thirty thirty-six (36) hours per week (<.9 FTE), but more than twenty (20) for nurses 2 leave and extended illness hours per week (>.5 FTE)on a pro rata basis.

Part-Time Nurse. A part-time equivalent nurse who is regularly scheduled at least 48 hours in a 14-day pay period. Effective January 1, 2016, this will change to work and/or who works less than forty (40) hours per week (<l.0 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE), or, for designated nurses working twelve (12) hours shifts, a nurse who works less than thirty six (36) is regularly scheduled at least 32 hours per week (<.9 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE)in a 14-day period.

Part-Time Nurse. A part-time equivalent nurse who is regularly scheduled to work and/or who works a minimum of twenty (20) hours per week but less than forty (40) hours per week week. Unless otherwise provided within this Agreement, (<l.0 FTEe.g. Article 16 insurance program), but more than twenty such part-time nurse shall be eligible for benefits as specified herein on a pro rata basis in accordance with her/his actual hours paid including low census (20up to a maximum of eighty (80) hours per week (>.5 FTE), or, for designated nurses working twelve (12) hours shifts, a nurse who works less than thirty six (36) hours per week (<.9 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE).pay period and excluding on call hours).‌

Part-Time Nurse. A part-time equivalent nurse is regularly scheduled to work and/or who works less than forty in an established position 27 of at least twenty-four (4024) hours per week or forty-eight (<l.0 FTE), but more than twenty (2048) hours per week (>.5 FTE)within a pay period, or, for designated nurses working twelve (12) hours shifts, a nurse who works 28 but less than thirty six (36) hours per week (<.9 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE)full-time.

Part-Time Nurse. A part-time equivalent nurse is regularly scheduled to work and/or who works less than forty in an established position of 2 at least twenty-four (4024) hours per week or forty-eight (<l.0 FTE)48) hours within a pay 3 period, but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE), or, for designated nurses working twelve (12) hours shifts, a nurse who works less than thirty six (36) hours per week (<.9 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE)full-time.

Part-Time Nurse. A part-time equivalent Any nurse who is regularly scheduled to work and/or who works for less than forty (40) 40 hours per week (<l.0 FTE), but more than twenty (20) 15 week. Such nurses shall be eligible to receive earned leave and extended illness hours per week (>.5 FTE), or, for designated nurses working twelve (12) hours shifts, on a nurse who works less than thirty six (36) hours per week (<.9 FTE), but more than twenty (20) hours per week (>.5 FTE)16 pro rata basis.

Part-Time Nurse.
