Common use of Part-Time Nurse Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Nurse. is a Nurse hired to a position to work on a regular or temporary basis that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nurse.

Part-Time Nurse. is Is a Nurse hired to a position to work on a regular permanent or temporary basis that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nurse.

Part-Time Nurse. is a Nurse hired to a position to work on a regular or temporary basis that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nurse. All provisions of the Collective Agreement apply to a Part-Time Nurse, and in particular, the provisions of Article 7.

Part-Time Nurse. A Nurse who is a Nurse hired regularly scheduled to a position to consistently work at least 48 but less than 72 hours per two-week pay period on a regular or non-temporary basis that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nursebasis.

Part-Time Nurse. (a) A nurse who is hired on a Nurse permanent basis and who normally works up to seven (7) hours per day, but less than thirty-five (35) hours per week, normally Monday to Friday, unless specifically hired to a position to work on a regular or temporary basis that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nursean alternate schedule.

Part-Time Nurse. is a Nurse hired to employed on a position continuing basis, in either a Regular Position or a Temporary Position, but who is regularly scheduled to work on fewer hours in a regular or temporary basis that is less pay period than the work period of a Full-Time Nurse. The employee benefits of this Collective Agreement are applicable to a Part-Time Nurse on a pro rata basis.

Part-Time Nurse. is a Nurse who is hired to a position to work on a regular or temporary basis that is less than the work period of for a Full-Time time Nurse.

Part-Time Nurse. is a Nurse hired to a position to work on a regular or temporary basis that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nurse. This provision is not applicable to a Casual Nurse (except a Casual Nurse in a Temporary Position).

Part-Time Nurse. is a Nurse hired to a position to work on a regular or temporary basis basis, that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nurse.

Part-Time Nurse. is a Nurse hired to a position to work on a regular or temporary basis that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nurse. Such Nurses shall receive monetary benefits under this Collective Agreement on a pro-rated basis.

Part-Time Nurses shall receive pro-rated benefits of this Agreement based on actual hours worked compared to a Full-Time Nurse. In relation to pension and paid medical plans, Nurses may be required to meet minimum eligibility requirements of the plan.

Part-Time Nurse. is a Nurse hired to a position to work on a regular or temporary basis that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nurse. Part-Time Nurses shall accumulate the benefits of this Agreement on a direct proportionate basis to regular hours paid.

Part-Time Nurse. is a Nurse hired to a position to work on a regular or temporary basis that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nurse. The employee benefits of this Collective Agreement are applicable to a Part-time Nurse on a pro-rata basis.
