Common use of Part-Time Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Guarantee. Part-time employees shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours of work or the equivalent thereof in pay for each daily report to work. Casual employees shall be guaranteed a minimum of three (3) hours of work or the equivalent thereof in pay for each daily report to work.
