Common use of Part-Time Faculty Members Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Faculty Members. Part-time faculty are considered members of the Bargaining Unit if they are employed for 20 percent (20%) or more of a full-time faculty load in a semester or 20 percent (20%) or more lecture equivalent hours in a semester. This specifically excludes all other casual, intermittent, and non-contract lecturers.
