Part-Time Defined. A regular part-time Clinical Laboratory Scientist is one who is regularly employed for a minimum of thirty-two hours bi-weekly. A part-time Clinical Laboratory Scientist must be regularly scheduled to work at least forty (40) hours bi-weekly to be eligible to participate in the group insurance benefits.
