Parliamentary Procedure. When not in conflict with these Bylaws, Xxxxxxx Rules of Parliamentary Procedure shall establish the rules at all Shareholder and director meetings.
Parliamentary Procedure. Unless otherwise approved by vote of the Executive Board, upon the request of any Member of the Executive Board, Xxxxxx’s Revised Rules of Order shall govern any proceeding of the Executive Board.
