Parking Privileges. The Hospital agrees to provide pro-rated refunds to employees on vacation or other authorized leaves of thirty (30) consecutive days or more provided that the employee makes application in writing to the Hospital. Employees who exercise this right will continue to enjoy parking privileges in the same parking area designated for their use upon their return to work. Employees who are on vacation or authorized leaves of absence of less than thirty (30) consecutive days, may assign their parking pass and parking privilege during the period of their absence to another employee with whom they usually commute provided that the employee makes application in writing to the Hospital at least two weeks in advance.
Parking Privileges. Any Resident who parks a vehicle on the Premises will receive an official "Parking Permit". There is a one-time yearly charge of $75.00 payable to East Townhomes Homeowner's Association (hereinafter known as “Homeowner’s Association”. The Parking Permit must be placed in the driver’s side rear window at all times. Resident agrees to use the areas designated as parking spaces, or reserved for vehicular parking, on the Premises only for the parking of motor vehicles including autos, motorcycles, and pickup trucks but excluding trailers of any kind, mobile homes, campers, buses or trucks larger than a three-quarter ton. Additional vehicles beyond the ones permitted, any vehicle without the required Parking Permit or not displayed properly, vehicles parked illegally (Head in Parking Only), vehicles parked in fire lanes, vehicles considered inoperable or abandoned (tags expired, no mirrors, broken windows, etc.) are subject to citation and towing at the owner’s risk and expense. A limited number of visitor parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Resident understands and acknowledges that it is their responsibility to advise any of their invitees / guests the proper manner for parking their vehicles, and Resident agrees to determine in each case that they have complied therewith. Resident further agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord harmless for any claims by the Resident's invitees for the towing of their violation of these rules. Resident shall NOT park in the visitor parking area, even if they have a parking pass. If a vehicle has been towed, Resident and / or guest(s) will need to contact the towing company displayed on the sign at the entrance of the Premises. Ownership, Management, and the Homeowner’s Association shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any towing cost, damage, or loss to any motor vehicle or its contents. Resident and their invitees / guests are advised to obtain appropriate vehicular insurance coverage. Any Parking Permits lost will cost $75.00 to replace.
Parking Privileges. Parking privileges shall be made available to Tenant in the Garage by Garden Parking Corporation, a Delaware corporation, or an affiliate thereof (together with its successor and assigns, the “Garage Owner”) for one (1) passenger automobile for every three thousand (3,000) square feet of Rentable Floor Area in the Premises for the parking of motor vehicles in unreserved stalls in the Garage by Tenant’s employees commencing on the Commencement Date of the Term. On or before the Commencement Date, Tenant shall provide written notice to Landlord stating the total number of parking privileges (not to exceed one (1) for every three thousand (3,000) square feet of Rentable Floor Area in the Premises) that Tenant elects to use (as it may be adjusted pursuant to this Section 10.1, the “Total Number of Parking Privileges”). If Tenant fails to provide such written notice to Landlord on or before the Commencement Date, then the Total Number of Parking Privileges shall be deemed to be forty nine (49) (i.e., one (1) for every three thousand (3,000) square feet of Rentable Floor Area in the Premises as of the Commencement Date. If the Total Number of Parking Privileges is fewer than forty nine (49), then Tenant shall be deemed to have waived its right to the additional parking privileges (subject to adjustment of the Total Number of Parking Privileges, as provided below). If the Rentable Floor Area of the Premises increases or decreases at any time during the Lease Term, then, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Landlord and Tenant, the number of unreserved parking stalls to which Tenant is entitled under this Lease shall be increased or reduced, as applicable, proportionately therewith, unless the Rentable Floor Area of the Premises increases as the result of Tenant’s exercise of the Right of First Offer, in which case Tenant’s additional parking privileges, if any, shall be determined in accordance with Section 3.4. On an annual basis, Tenant may increase or decrease the Total Number of Parking Privileges by up to ten (10) spaces per year, but Tenant may never increase the Total Number of Parking Privileges to more than one (1) space for every three thousand (3,000) square feet of Rentable Area on the Premises. To increase or decrease the Total Number of Parking Privileges, Tenant shall give written notice to Landlord on or before October 1 of the immediately preceding calendar year, and any such adjustment shall be effective as of January 1 of the immediately follo...

The Hospital shall provide two (2) corporate parking passes to the Local Union Executive at the Employee rate. The Union shall identify to the Hospital the designated Union Executive representatives who shall be in receipt of the two (2) corporate passes. The Hospital will xxxx the Union on a monthly basis and the Union will reimburse the Hospital within thirty (30) days of being billed.
