Parking Passes. Tenant shall rent three and seven-tenths (3.7) parking passes for each 1,000 rentable square feet contained in the Premises (the “Total Passes”). Of the Total Passes, Tenant shall rent eight (8) reserved parking passes and the remainder shall be unreserved passes, upon the terms and conditions and at the rates provided in Article 23 hereof.
