Common use of Parking Passes Clause in Contracts

Parking Passes. Tenant shall be entitled to rent three point two (3.2) parking passes for each 1,000 rentable square feet contained in the Premises, which equals sixty-eight (68) passes, upon the terms and conditions and at the rate provided in Article 23 hereof. As indicated in Article 23 below, up to three (3) of such spaces may, at Tenant’s option, be for underground reserved parking.

Parking Passes. Tenant shall be entitled to rent three point two (3.2( ) unreserved parking passes for each 1,000 rentable [usable or rentable] square feet contained in the Premises, which equals sixty-eight (68( ) unreserved passes, upon the terms and conditions and at the rate provided in Article 23 hereof. As indicated in Article 23 below, up to three (3) of such spaces may, at Tenant’s option, be for underground reserved parking.

Parking Passes. Tenant shall be entitled to rent three point two four (3.24) parking passes for each 1,000 rentable usable square feet contained in the Premises, which equals sixty-eight three (6863) passes, upon the terms and conditions and at the rate provided in Article 23 hereof. As indicated in Article 23 below, up to three (3) of such spaces may, at Tenant’s option, be for underground reserved parking.

Parking Passes. Tenant shall be entitled to rent three point two and seven-tenths (3.23.7) parking passes for each 1,000 rentable square feet contained in the PremisesPremises (the “Total Passes”). Of the Total Passes, which equals sixty-Tenant shall rent eight (68) 8) reserved parking passes and the remainder shall be unreserved passes, upon the terms and conditions and at the rate rates provided in Article 23 hereof. As indicated in Article 23 below, up to three (3) of such spaces may, at Tenant’s option, be for underground reserved parking.

Parking Passes. Tenant shall be entitled to rent three point two and one half (3.23 1/2) unreserved parking passes for each 1,000 rentable usable square feet contained in the Premises, which equals sixtyseventy-eight one (6871) passes, upon the terms and conditions and at the rate provided in Article 23 hereof. As indicated in Article 23 below, up to three (3) of such spaces may, at Tenant’s option, be for underground reserved parking.
