Parking Area. Parking Area" shall mean that portion that of the Property which is for the parking of motor vehicles. The Parking Area is to be shared by Tenant in common with other users of space in the Building.

Parking Area. Parking Area" shall mean that portion that of the Property which is for the parking of motor vehicles. The Parking Area is to be shared by Tenant in common with other users of space in the Building. Provided, however, Landlord shall provide Tenant three (3) parking spaces for each one thousand (1,000) square feet of rentable square feet in the Premises, and shall designate six (6) of such spaces as "Visitor Parking." The Parking Area shall be non-exclusive for all tenants in the Building, and the Visitor Parking shall be at a mutually agreeable location.
