PARK DEDICATION. The Developer shall pay a cash contribution of $256,000 in satisfaction of the City’s park dedication requirements. The charge was calculated in accordance with Section 528 of the City’s subdivision regulations. The cash fee shall be payable prior to the City’s release of the signed final plat mylars.
PARK DEDICATION. 3.11.1 The Developer shall provide park dedication in the form of land and equivalent value pursuant to the requirements of the Regional Subdivision By-law.
PARK DEDICATION. The DEVELOPER shall pay a cash contribution of $ in satisfaction of the CITY’s park dedication requirements for Phase . The contribution shall be paid upon the execution of the Agreement. Park dedica- tion requirements for subsequent phases shall be calculated and paid based upon requirements in effect at the time Development Agreements are entered into for those phases.
PARK DEDICATION. The DEVELOPER shall comply with the park dedication requirements as defined in the City Code. Park dedication fees identified in Exhibit F must be paid prior to the release of the FINAL PLAT.
PARK DEDICATION. The Property is located within City Park Service Area 18. Residents of the Property are served by Hidden Xxxxxxx Park and various trail connections. The 2018 Parks System Plan identifies a future Playlot in City Park Service Xxxx 00. Connections to local and regional trail networks are planned just to the west and a possible playlot to the east of the Property as residential development continues. A roadside walking path along Xxxxxxx Xxxx will connect residents to the future park to the north and County Road 30 to the south. Pursuant to State Statute and City Code, the Final Plat requires a land dedication or a cash equivalent based on the rate approved by the City Council when the Final Plat is released for recording. The current park dedication multi-dwelling affordable residential rate for the City is $3,177.00 per unit. Assuming the Final Plat is released prior to the City Council adjusting the park dedication rate, the park dedication amount to be paid for the Final Plat shall be $508,320.00 (160 multi-dwelling units x $3,177.00). If the Final Plat is not released prior to the City Council adjusting the park dedication rate, the above- referenced payment shall be adjusted based upon the formula approved by City for the year in which the Final Plat is actually released for filing. The park dedication fee, as set forth above, shall be paid prior to the Final Plat being released for filing at the Hennepin County Government Center.
PARK DEDICATION. The park dedication payment required by Section 13 of the Development Agreement was paid on December 20, 2016 (Receipt #1595028) and so was satisfied.
PARK DEDICATION. 3.7.1 The Developer shall convey to the municipality the parkland as shown on Schedule B and described below:

PARK DEDICATION. Pursuant to Statue Statute and City Code, the Final Plat requires park dedication via a land dedication and/or a cash equivalent based on the rate approved by the City Council when the Final Plat is released for recording. The park dedication obligation shall be by a cash dedication based on the commercial rate, which is currently $11,000.00 per acre. Project Land consists of 40.01 acres of the 105.85-acre Property. The development of Project Land is a proposed 400,000 square foot facility with a combination of office space and research and development labs. Assuming the Final Plat is released prior to the City Council adjusting the park dedication rate, the park dedication amount to be paid for the Final Plat shall be $440,110.00 (40.01 acres times $11,000.00). If the Final Plat is not released prior to the City Council adjusting the park dedication rate, the above-referenced payment shall be adjusted based upon the formula approved by City for the year in which the Final Plat is released for filing. The park dedication fee, as set forth above, shall be paid prior to the Final Plat being released for filing at the Hennepin County Government Center. The park dedication for future phases of the Preliminary Plat will be reviewed when application is made on a future phase final plat.
PARK DEDICATION. The Owner shall dedicate land described in Schedule “E” hereto for park purposes pursuant to Section 51.1(1) of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c.P. 13, as amended, and shall develop and maintain the park lands to be conveyed to the Township in accordance with Schedule “L” hereto. The Township may, in lieu of, or in addition to, such conveyance or part of such conveyance, require the payment of money by the owner of the land pursuant to Section 51.1(3) of The Planning Act.
