Common use of Parental Consent Clause in Contracts

Parental Consent. Parents may, at their discretion, provide written consent to Provider to allow Provider to offer their child’s artwork on a public gallery or otherwise use the child’s artwork and related information as described in Exhibit “A”. Provider does not violate this DPA when acting with parents’ consent, including but not limited to offering a child’s artwork for sale in the public gallery. To the extent there is a conflict between parental consent and this DPA, the parents’ consent controls.
