Parental Conduct. Parents or legal guardians of any Team Member shall also adhere to the concepts of fair play and good sportsmanship (see addendum). They shall always present themselves in a proper and socially acceptable manner on behalf of the Team Member and the ESA. Parental Conduct. 20. Visiting Parents/family members are to ensure that MCCS resources and toys are to be returned to its original place during the contact visit. This is to ensure the safety and benefit to all families attending at the time. I understand it is my job to ensure that relatives and guests who attend MCCS with me, have an awareness of my signed agreement with MCCS and I will be held responsible for their behavior. I understand that all parties must co-operate with the Supervisors and Policies and procedures of MCCS. I understand I must: always speak in a normal voice tone and NO whispering to the child/ren or allowing the children to whisper to me. ▪ Speak only English during the visit ▪ No questioning the child/ren about where they live or attend school ▪ No questioning the child/ren for personal details about the other parent ▪ Using physical punishment as a means of managing behavior ▪ Using contact time to talk to or to discuss personal issues with the Supervisor ▪ No saying or doing things which will confuse or upset the child/xxx, such as: ⮚ Talking negatively about the other parent or their family ⮚ Talking about court matters, child support, any other adult matter ⮚ Making promises e.g.- “When you come to my house” etc., talking about where the child/xxx may live in the future ⮚ Using inappropriate language (swearing) I understand that failure to cooperate with MCCS staff may result in the visit being cancelled. I understand that it is the responsibility of the parent having the contact visit to pack up all toys and kitchen items during and after the visit. It is expected that the children will be encouraged to assist their parent where appropriate. I understand it is expected of me to clean up before leaving the premises. I understand that visits must finish at the scheduled time and I will ensure that I am ready to leave immediately at the end of a visit. The parent that the child/xxx lives with will maintain supervision for their child/ren up until they are advised by MCCS staff that the visiting parent has arrived. Preparation for Spends Time with Parent I will prepare for the visit with my children by giving thought to age appropriate conversations and activities to do with my children prior to the visit. Parental Conduct. It is expected that parents will set a behavioral example for the students. Any parental harassment of faculty or staff may be considered grounds for termination of the student’s enrollment contract. Any parents whose behavior or conduct might subject them to such action will be so advised by the school. Retention or re-enrollment may be denied to a student if, in the opinion of the school, the behavior of a parent or guardian is disruptive or injurious to the school or its reputation. TCPS also reserves the right to dismiss a student when, in the opinion of the school administration, the student’s parents or guardians have conducted themselves in a manner that is not conducive to the creation or maintenance of a constructive partnership between parents/guardians and the school. PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES, ADMINISTRATIVE CONFERENCES Parent-teacher conferences are encouraged at any time during the year and may be initiated by the teacher or parent. Please schedule conferences during the teacher’s planning period or after school. To facilitate conferences, parents are asked to call the school office and leave a message for the teacher or email the teacher they wish to see. The teacher will respond at his or her earliest convenience. If a conference is desired with all of the student’s teachers, then the parent should call the Principal or Guidance Counselor who will help coordinate the meeting date and time. A parent may request an administrative conference after an issue has first been addressed via a parent/teacher conference. PARENT-TEACHER FELLOWSHIP (PTF) This organization exists to support the spiritual and academic development of our students in a manner that is glorifying to God.

  • General Conduct The BSC has specific policies governing conduct in the units, including, but not limited to, assault, harassment, sexual harassment, host, alcohol, party and substance abuse policies.   • Business Conduct Merger Sub was incorporated on November 5, 2020.   • Access to Information; Independent Investigation Prior to the execution of this Agreement, the Subscriber has had the opportunity to ask questions of and receive answers from representatives of the Company concerning an investment in the Company, as well as the finances, operations, business and prospects of the Company, and the opportunity to obtain additional information to verify the accuracy of all information so obtained. In determining whether to make this investment, Subscriber has relied solely on Subscriber’s own knowledge and understanding of the Company and its business based upon Subscriber’s own due diligence investigation and the information furnished pursuant to this paragraph.   • Vendor’s Resellers as Related to This Agreement Vendor’s Named Resellers (“Resellers”) under this Agreement shall comply with all terms and conditions of this agreement and all addenda or incorporated documents. All actions related to sales by Authorized Vendor’s Resellers under this Agreement are the responsibility of the awarded Vendor. If Resellers fail to report sales to TIPS under your Agreement, the awarded Vendor is responsible for their contractual failures and shall be billed for the fees. The awarded Vendor may then recover the fees from their named reseller. Support Requirements If there is a dispute between the awarded Vendor and TIPS Member, TIPS or its representatives may, at TIPS sole discretion, assist in conflict resolution if requested by either party. TIPS, or its representatives, reserves the right to inspect any project and audit the awarded Vendor’s TIPS project files, documentation and correspondence related to the requesting TIPS Member’s order. If there are confidentiality requirements by either party, TIPS shall comply to the extent permitted by law. Any immunity available to TIPS or TIPS Members shall not be used as a defense by the contractor's insurance policy. The coverages and limits are to be considered minimum requirements and in no way limit the liability of the Vendor(s). Insurance shall be written by a carrier with an A-; VII or better rating in accordance with current A.M. Best Key Rating Guide. Only deductibles applicable to property damage are acceptable, unless proof of retention funds to cover said deductibles is provided. "Claims made" policies will not be accepted. Vendor’s required minimum coverage shall not be suspended, voided, cancelled, non-renewed or reduced in coverage or in limits unless replaced by a policy that provides the minimum required coverage except after thirty (30) days prior written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested has been given to TIPS or the TIPS Member if a project or pending delivery of an order is ongoing. Upon request, certified copies of all insurance policies shall be furnished to the TIPS or the TIPS Member. Special Terms and Conditions • Orders: All Vendor orders received from TIPS Members must be emailed to TIPS at tipspo@tips- xxx.xxx. Should a TIPS Member send an order directly to the Vendor, it is the Vendor’s responsibility to forward a copy of the order to TIPS at the email above within 3 business days and confirm its receipt with TIPS. • Vendor Encouraging Members to bypass TIPS agreement: Encouraging TIPS Members to purchase directly from the Vendor or through another agreement, when the Member has requested using the TIPS cooperative Agreement or price, and thereby bypassing the TIPS Agreement is a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will result in removal of the Vendor from the TIPS Program. • Order Confirmation: All TIPS Member Agreement orders are approved daily by TIPS and sent to the Vendor. The Vendor should confirm receipt of orders to the TIPS Member (customer) within 3 business days. • Vendor custom website for TIPS: If Vendor is hosting a custom TIPS website, updated pricing when effective. TIPS shall be notified when prices change in accordance with the award.

  • BUSINESS ETHICS During the course of pursuing contracts, and the course of contract performance, Provider will maintain business ethics standards aimed at avoiding real or apparent impropriety or conflicts of interest. No substantial gifts, entertainment, payments, loans or other considerations beyond that which would be collectively categorized as incidental shall be made to any employees or officials of HISD, its authorized agents and representatives, or to family members of any of them. At any time Provider believes there may have been a violation of this obligation, Provider shall notify HISD of the possible violation. HISD is entitled to request a representation letter from Provider, its subcontractors or vendors at any time to disclose all things of value passing from Provider, its subcontractors or vendors to HISD’s personnel or its authorized agents and representatives.
