Parent members Sample Clauses
The "Parent members" clause defines who qualifies as a parent member within the context of an agreement or organization. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for membership, such as legal guardianship or parental status, and may specify rights, responsibilities, or privileges exclusive to parent members. By clearly identifying who is considered a parent member, the clause ensures that only eligible individuals can participate in certain activities, make decisions, or access specific resources, thereby maintaining organizational clarity and preventing disputes over membership status.
