PARENT AWARD. This Agreement shall be read in conjunction with the Poultry Industry Preparation (State) Award (IRC no 7320 of 2004), The provisions of this Agreement shall override the provisions of the award where so mentioned. Where this Agreement is silent, the provisions of the award shall apply.
PARENT AWARD. 5.1 This Agreement is supplementary to, and shall be read and interpreted wholly in conjunction with, the Building Construction Industry Award State 2003 (hereinafter referred to as the “Parent Award”) being a Notional Agreement Preserving a State Award (NAPSA). The terms and conditions of the Parent Award, excluding those clauses outlined in clause 5.3 herein, are expressly preserved by this Agreement as if the same were set out in full herein and shall be binding upon the parties during the operation of this Agreement if not otherwise prohibited by law. No other Award or Certified Agreement (State or Federal) shall apply in relation to the employees covered by this Agreement.
PARENT AWARD. This Agreement shall be read in conjunction with the Storemen and Packers, General (State) Award and the Transport Industry (State)
PARENT AWARD. Any variation in common standards that may be made to the Clerical and Administrative Employees (Private Sector) Award (hereinafter the Parent Award) as a NAPSA during the term of this agreement may be made also to apply to this agreement subject to agreement between the parties; provided that the parties agree that the rates of pay in this agreement shall not at any time during the life of this Agreement be less than those provided for in the Clerical and Administrative (Private Sector) Award as a NAPSA. Provided further that any increase in the Award rates during the life of this agreement shall be absorbed into the wage increases in this Agreement.
PARENT AWARD. The parties to this agreement recognise that an award underpinning this agreement will be the Railways Traffic, Permanent Way and Signalling Wages Staff Award, 2002 and the Salaried Officers Award, 2002 as references in order to assist in the resolution of any matter not covered by this Agreement
PARENT AWARD. This Agreement is to be read and applied in conjunction with the Butcher’s Wholesale (Newcastle and Northern) Award 2005, as varied from time to time. Wherever the terms of this Agreement are inconsistent with the terms of the Award, the terms of this Agreement are to be applied.
PARENT AWARD. This Agreement shall be read and interpreted in conjunction with the applicable award which relates to the relevant classification stream as outlined at Appendix "A" : The Electrical Contracting Industry (State) Award;The Metal and Engineering Industry (New South Wales) Award;The Building & Construction Industry(State) Award. Provided that, in each relevant Award category, where there is any inconsistency, this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
PARENT AWARD. To the extent allowed under the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth), this agreement incorporates all the terms of the Metal and Engineering Associated Industries Award as in operation just before the making of the agreement, provided that where there is any inconsistency between the agreement and the award, the agreement shall take precedence to the extent of any inconsistency. This provision does not apply to any term of the award which is specified as prohibited content by legislation or regulation, or which does not pertain to the relationship between the employer and employees subject to this agreement.
PARENT AWARD. This agreement shall be read in conjunction with the Clerical and Administrative Employees (State) Consolidated Award [Splinters 027 & 4214]. The provisions of this agreement shall override the provisions of the award where so mentioned. Where this agreement is silent, the provisions of the relevant award shall apply.
PARENT AWARD. This Agreement totally regulates the terms and conditions of employment for employees covered by this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, if no other Agreement has been agreed between the Company and the employees and/or their nominated representatives, the PFD Food Services (Qld) Pty Ltd Sales and Distribution Enterprise Award (the "Consent Award") will regulate the employees’ terms and conditions of employment
