Parasites. If you suspect your pet has fleas or ticks, prompt and thorough action on YOUR part will be needed BEFORE your grooming appointment is made. Flea infestations can lead to tapeworm and other health problems. Please see your Veterinarian about available effective products. If fleas or ticks are found during the grooming process, your pet will be treated with a natural product to kill the parasites and will be charged for. Please note – Wag ‘N Wash will not use pesticides on your pet. Ticks found will be removed for an additional charge. If ticks are found, we strongly suggest you have your pet tested for Lyme Disease. If not up to date, or unable to provide proof of vaccination, your pets will be given any missing required vaccines. A physical exam will also be given if receiving DA2LPP, FVRCP or Rabies, or if receiving any vaccine and your pet has not has a physical exam with us within the last year. These charges will be added to your bill. ILLNESS/INJURY Countryside Veterinary Clinic takes all possible precautions to avoid illness and injury to your pet while here. If your pet becomes ill, or in the event of an accident or injury, we will call the emergency numbers listed above. If no one can be reached, we will perform any treatment deemed necessary by a veterinarian. Medical costs may become your financial responsibility.

Prices are available upon request.  I would like for my pet to be bathed before going home. Boarding is charged for each night of your pet's stay, regardless of the time admitted or released. Pets must be picked up during normal office hours. For safety reasons, we are unable to discharge pets after hours. Personal items may be left at your own risk. PICK-UP TIMES: A specific pick-up time must be given at the time of drop off, if not before. If no specific pick-up time is needed, we will call or text you once your dog is ready for pick-up. LATE PICK-UPS: Please arrive at the agreed upon time to pick-up your pet(s). If you are late picking up your pet a $20 “babysitting” fee may be added to your invoice. If you are any longer than ten minutes late and you have not called in saying you were on the way or we can not get a hold of you, you will be considered a no show and your spot may be filled. When a client no shows, the stylists lose out on income therefore no shows will no longer be tolerated. Initial EARLY ARRIVAL for PICKUP We will call you once your pet is done being groomed. If you arrive before the phone call to pick up your pet and they are still being groomed, please do NOT talk to them or allow them to see you, its best if you wait in your vehicle. They may become too excited to continue grooming in a safe manner. Initial LATE PICK UPS: Please arrive within 30 minutes of the time we call you to pick up your pet(s).
