Common use of Paragraphs 2 Clause in Contracts

Paragraphs 2. 1.1 and 2.1.2 of this Appendix are subject to the Contractor's obligations in respect of the DPA and the Contractor shall use its reasonable endeavours to obtain the consent of its employees (and shall procure that its Sub-Contractors use their reasonable endeavours to obtain the consent of their employees) to the extent necessary under the DPA or provide the data in an anonymous form in order to enable disclosure of the information required under paragraphs 2.1.1 and 2.1.
