Long-Term Substitutes Long-term substitutes are those who have been employed twenty (20) consecutive days or more in the same position during the current school year. PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION In the event a specified manufacturer’s Product listed in the Contract becomes unavailable or cannot be supplied by the Contractor for any reason (except as provided for in the Savings/Force Majeure Clause) a Product deemed in writing by the Commissioner to be equal to or better than the specified Product must be substituted by the Contractor at no additional cost or expense to the Authorized User. Unless otherwise specified, any substitution of Product prior to the Commissioner’s written approval may be cause for cancellation of Contract.
Substitutes 10.5 The responsibility for the selection, orientation and employment of substitutes rests at the local school level. The principal, or his/her designee, shall be responsible for obtaining qualified substitutes. Teachers shall not be required to obtain their own substitutes.
Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
Substitution of Key Personnel Consultant has represented to City that certain key personnel will perform and coordinate the Services under this Agreement. Should one or more of such personnel become unavailable, Consultant may substitute other personnel of at least equal competence upon written approval of City. In the event that City and Consultant cannot agree as to the substitution of key personnel, City shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement for cause. As discussed below, any personnel who fail or refuse to perform the Services in a manner acceptable to the City, or who are determined by the City to be uncooperative, incompetent, a threat to the adequate or timely completion of the Project or a threat to the safety of persons or property, shall be promptly removed from the Project by the Consultant at the request of the City. Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitation, either by competitive bidding or negotiation, made by the Contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential Subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Contractor of the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement and the Regulations relative to non-discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurements of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the Engineer for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Engineer of the Engineer's obligations under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.
Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.
Third Party Components The Products and Services may contain third party components (including open source software) subject to separate license agreements. To the limited extent a third party license expressly supersedes this XXXX, such third party license governs Customer’s use of that third party component.
