Pandemic Leave. The Employer must provide a paid Pandemic Leave of up to thirty (30) days for all Employees who: (i) Are required by the Employer, by law, or by the Chief Medical Officer of Alberta or Canada to self-isolate or quarantine. (ii) Are required by their Employer, by law, or by the Chief Medical Officer of Alberta or Canada to be tested for an infectious disease. (iii) Have a family member residing with them who is required by their Employer, by law, or by the Chief Medical Officer of Alberta or Canada to self-isolate or quarantine. (iv) Are required to provide care for a family member residing with them who have health related issues related to the pandemic.
