Pairs and Sets. In the event of Loss or damage to any item of Insured Property that forms part of a pair or set, the cover provided by this policy extends to cover the Loss in value of the undamaged item if the damaged item cannot be replaced, repaired or restored. The maximum amount payable under this Extension is the Sum Insured of the pair or set. The cover provided by this Extension is part of and not in addition to the Sum Insured.
Pairs and Sets. Where the Artwork is part of a pair or set (except where each part of the pair or set has a separate Agreed Appraisal Value), the amount of Covered Damages in case of its loss, damage or destruction shall be the proportion of loss to the total value of the pair or set, giving consideration to the importance of each Artwork comprising the pair or set; provided, however, the loss of a portion shall not be evaluated as total loss of the pair or set.

  • Use of Facilities and Services Subject to the rules of the University and the terms of this Agreement, the UFF shall have the right to use University facilities for meetings and all other services on the same basis as they are generally available to other university-related organizations which are defined as follows: University-Related Groups and Organizations.   • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.
