Paired Series Sample Clauses

Paired Series. Subject to obtaining confirmation by each Rating Agency of the then existing ratings of each class of Securities which is then rated, and prior to the commencement of the Early Amortization Period, the Series 1998-2 Securities may be paired with one or more other Series (each a "Paired Series"). Each Paired Series either will be pre-funded with an initial deposit to a pre-funding account in an amount up to the initial principal balance of such Paired Series and primarily from the proceeds of the sale of such Paired Series or will have a variable principal amount. Any such pre-funding account will be held for the benefit of such Paired Series and not for the benefit of the Securityholders. As principal is paid with respect to the Series 1998-2 Securities, either (i) in the case of a pre-funded Paired Series, an equal amount of funds on deposit in any pre-funding account for such pre-funded Paired Series will be released (which funds will be distributed to the Transferor) or (ii) in the case of a Paired Series having a variable principal amount, an interest in such variable Paired Series in an equal or lesser amount may be sold by the Trust (and the proceeds thereof will be distributed to the Transferor) and, in either case, the invested amount in the Trust of such Paired Series will increase by up to a corresponding amount. Upon payment in full of the Series 1998-2 Securities, assuming that there have been no unreimbursed charge-offs with respect to any related Paired Series, the aggregate invested amount of such related Paired Series will have been increased by an amount up to an aggregate amount equal to the Invested Amount paid to the Securityholders since the issuance of such Paired Series. The issuance of a Paired Series will be subject to the conditions described in subsection 6.9(b) of the Agreement.
