Common use of Paid Time Off Clause in Contracts

Paid Time Off. Executive shall be eligible to accrue paid time off (“PTO”) during the term of this Agreement, in accordance with the Company’s standard policy regarding PTO and in an amount commensurate with other employees at a level similar to that of the Executive.

Paid Time Off. The Executive shall be eligible to accrue participate in the Company’s paid time off (“PTO”) during the term of this Agreementpolicy, as may be amended from time to time. Any PTO shall be accrued, used and otherwise governed in accordance with the Company’s standard PTO policy regarding PTO and in an amount commensurate with other employees at a level similar effect from time to that of the Executivetime.

Paid Time Off. Executive shall be eligible to accrue paid time off (“PTO and utilize and carryover from year to year such PTO”) during the term of this Agreement, in accordance consistent with the Company’s standard policy regarding PTO policies and procedures in an amount commensurate with other employees at a level similar effect from time to that time for officers of the Executive’s level.

Paid Time Off. During the Term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be eligible entitled to accrue paid time off (“PTO”) during (based on the term number of this Agreement, years of service) in accordance with the CompanyCorporation’s standard policy regarding PTO and in an amount commensurate with other employees at a level similar policy, as it may be amended from time to that of the Executivetime.

Any accrued and unused PTO and in an amount commensurate with other employees at a level similar to that of will be paid on the ExecutiveSeparation Date.

Paid Time Off. During the Employment Term, Executive shall be eligible to accrue paid time off (“PTO”) during the term of this Agreement, in accordance with the Company’s standard policy regarding PTO and in an amount commensurate with other employees at a level similar to that of the Executive.

Paid Time Off. If the PTO and in an amount commensurate with other employees at a level similar accrual reaches the maximum PTO accrual, any PTO that would otherwise accrue for Executive will be paid to that of Executive on the Executivenext payroll date, less applicable tax withholding.
