Paid License. Paid Licenses granted are subject to the condition that the Licensee must ensure the maximum number of Authorized Users accessing and using the Software concurrently is equal to the number of User Licenses for which the necessary Fees have been paid to the Reseller or the Licensor. The Licensee may purchase additional User Licenses at any time on payment of the appropriate Fees to the Reseller or the Licensor.
Paid License. Conditioned upon your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the applicable payment terms agreed upon between NeuVector and you, NeuVector grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to install and use the Software in order to benefit from its functionality as designed by NeuVector, solely for your internal business purposes, for the number of instances of use, or virtual machines, agreed upon between NeuVector and you (“Paid License”). NeuVector reserves all rights in the Software not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.

Paid License. If you purchased a license to the Software from Horizon DataSys Inc or from an authorized Horizon DataSys Inc. reseller, then conditioned upon your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Horizon DataSys Inc grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to Execute the number of copies of the Software for which you have paid solely in an executable form on the corresponding number of Devices owned or used by you. If you have acquired this XXXX in a Multi-User License Pack for Reboot Restore Rx Professional or Rollback Rx Professional, you may make the number of additional copies of the computer software portion of Rollback Rx Professional and Reboot Restore Rx Professional authorized on the printed copy of this XXXX, and you may use each copy in the manner specified above. A license for Reboot Restore Rx Professional and Rollback Rx Professional may not be used concurrently on different computers.
Paid License. During the Term and subject to your payment of fees, we grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license install and use the Software, on the number and type of Servers identified in the applicable Order Form solely for your internal business purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, this license does not permit you to process or permit to be processed the data of any other party unless you obtain a separate license from us.
Paid License. To acquire a Paid License, You must sign up for a Subscription to the Software by visiting the purchasing page on Our website xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xx, choosing an appropriate Plan (Starter, Pro or Enterprise; see item 3.2 below) and going through the checkout process. To complete the checkout process You will be redirected to the website of our payment provider Stripe Inc. (hereinafter: Stripe ), where You will need to register by providing contact, billing and payment information (hereinafter: Registration Data ). For more information on the process for registration and payment at Stripe please see xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx. After completion of the checkout process, Stripe sends You an order confirmation and payment receipt via email and informs Us about the registration and new Subscription. If a Trial License already exists for the same email address, it is automatically converted to a Paid License as stipulated in Your Subscription. Otherwise, a new License is created. The Paid License record consists of Your email address, License Key, Subscription status, product and quantity information, the applicable Expiration Date, and Stripe-specific customer and subscription ID. As soon as the Paid License is provisioned in Our system, You will receive Your License Key from Us via email. At this point, You can provide this License Key to the Software when prompted, to enable use. If applicable, this License Key may be the same key used during Your trial, to ensure a seamless transition from trial to paid use.

  • Outbound Licenses Part 2.7(d) of the Disclosure Schedule accurately identifies each Contract pursuant to which any Person has been granted any license under, or otherwise has received or acquired any right (whether or not currently exercisable) or interest in, any Seller IP. The Seller is not bound by, and no Seller IP is subject to, any Contract containing any covenant or other provision that in any way limits or restricts the ability of the Seller to use, exploit, assert, or enforce any Seller IP anywhere in the world.

  • Inbound Licenses Except as disclosed on the Schedule, Borrower is not a party to, nor is bound by, any license or other agreement that prohibits or otherwise restricts Borrower from granting a security interest in Borrower’s interest in such license or agreement or any other property.

  • Sublicense (a) The license granted in Paragraph 2.1 includes the right of LICENSEE to grant Sublicenses to third parties during the Term but only for as long as the license to Patent Rights is exclusive.
