Weekly An employee whose compensation is fixed on a weekly basis shall be paid bi-weekly for work performed during the bi-weekly payroll period. There shall be no compensation for time not worked unless such time off is authorized time off with pay.
Monthly Not later than the 8th Business Day of each calendar month (other than the calendar months in which a Payment Date occurs) and commencing in July 2019, the Issuer shall compile and make available (or cause to be compiled and made available) to the Rating Agency, the Collateral Trustee, the Collateral Manager, the Placement Agent, the Co-Placement Agent and each other Holder shown on the applicable Register and any beneficial owner of a Secured Debt or Subordinated Securities who has delivered a Beneficial Ownership Certificate to the Collateral Trustee a monthly report on a settlement date basis (except as otherwise expressly provided in this Indenture) (each such report a “Monthly Report”). As used herein, the “Monthly Report Determination Date” with respect to any calendar month will be the last day of the calendar month preceding the month in which the Monthly Report is made available. The Monthly Report for a calendar month shall contain the following information with respect to the Collateral Obligations and Eligible Investments included in the Assets, and shall be determined as of the close of business on the Monthly Report Determination Date for such calendar month:
Annual Salary Review In December of each year throughout the TERM, the annual salary of the EMPLOYEE shall be reviewed by the Boards of Directors of the EMPLOYERS and shall be set, effective January l of the following year, at an amount not less than $106,500, based upon the EMPLOYEE'S individual performance and the overall profitability and financial condition of the EMPLOYERS (hereinafter referred to as the "ANNUAL REVIEW"). The results of the ANNUAL REVIEW shall be reflected in the minutes of the Boards of Directors of the EMPLOYERS.
Minimum Salaries 12.1 The minimum academic base salary for all Bargaining Unit members shall be as follows: Rank Effective 9/1/2019 Professor $80,250 Assoc. Professor $64,875 Asst. Professor $53,125 Instructor $45,500 Senior Librarian $80,250 Assoc. Sr. Librarian $68,875 Assoc. Librarian $62,875 Asst. Librarian $53,125 Beg. Librarian $45,500 Faculty Members earning a base salary below the effective minima shall move to the new minima and receive any across-the-board and benchmark increases under Article 10 on his or her minima. Faculty Members who will receive regional campus increases under Article 10 of this Agreement shall receive those increases before any adjustment to meet the minimum salary required by this Article.
Base Fee For his services to the Company during the Engagement Period, the Company shall pay Xxxxxxx a fee at the annual rate of not less than One Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty ($155,250) Dollars (the “Annual Fee”) payable in equal monthly installments.
Paydays (a) Employees shall be paid biweekly (Fridays).
Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.
WORKING DUES 6.1 The hourly working dues shall be calculated at two percent (2%) of the Principal Operator hourly wage rate and shall be deducted from each employee covered by this Agreement for each hour for which wages are payable. Overtime Equalization The assignment of overtime shall be reasonably equalized within classifications. The normal maximum hours officers will be scheduled is (15) fifteen hours. Upon field training competition, probationary officers will begin their total overtime hours on the overtime equalization chart at the average of all members within the officer classification. An overtime equalization chart shall be maintained within the department. The chart shall list all overtime offers and each officer’s declined and accepted hours for each particular offer. Each time an officer is offered overtime, the number of overtime hours worked, or the number of hours declined, will be credited to officer’s chart. The overtime equalization chart shall be posted monthly.
Salary Scales 1. In the settlement of the Kindergarten Teachers, Head Teachers and Senior Teachers' Collective Agreement 2000-2002 the parties committed themselves to the implementation of pay parity for kindergarten teachers. Senior teacher K3 and K4 salaries were benchmarked to the base salary (excluding the roll-based supplementary component) of a primary U2 and U3 principal respectively.
