Common use of Paging Traffic Clause in Contracts

Paging Traffic. Sprint will not compensate Carrier for termination of paging services until such time as Carrier has filed for and received approval of relevant cost studies from the relevant state commission in accordance with 47 C.F.R. 51.711(c).
