Packing and Labeling. Items shall be properly packed and labeled in accordance with industry best practices and any written instructions from Buyer. Seller shall not charge for packaging, packing or boxing, unless Xxxxx has agreed to such charges in writing. Seller shall not combine in the same container, material that is to be delivered to different receiving locations. Exterior containers shall be marked with the following: 1. Address, including specified details; 2. Purchase order number; 3. Part number; and 4. Special markings called for on purchase order or release.
Packing and Labeling. 6.1 The Goods shall be packed into a Type-A Package Design, which is provided by the Seller. The Type-A Package Design is a non-returnable package.

TIGER SS shall monitor and ensure that each Supplier (i) preserves, packages, handles, and packs Products so as to protect the Products from loss or damage, in conformance with good commercial practice, government regulations, and other applicable requirements; (ii) marks the exterior of the boxes with the associated PSSWM item number and serial number, lot or batch number, NDC or UPC number as applicable, of the contents; (iii) provides this information on the exterior of the boxes in bar-code format; (iv) ships Products as specified by PSSWM; and (v) is responsible for any loss or damage due to its failure to properly preserve, package, handle or pack Products.
Packing and Labeling. 5.1 Packaging of all goods must be in accordance with good commercial practice and in a manner acceptable to common carriers for shipment and adequate to ensure safe arrival of the goods to their destination.
Packing and Labeling. 7.1 Any and all equipments as may be delivered by Seller shall have proper packing suitable for long-distance transportation, multiple delivery and loading & unloading as per provisions of GB191-73 regarding packing, storage and delivery instructions and marks as well as relevant provisions of competent PRC national authorities. Packing materials provided by Seller shall be sufficient to keep goods sound and safe during transport, loading and unloading and shall be provided with measures relating to reducing vibration and anti-shock. In case such packing materials provided by Seller is unable to keep the equipment inside them safe and sound, Seller shall compensate Buyer for any resulting issues in the design structures of the equipment. Packing shall be provided as per characteristics of equipment with protection measures regarding to anti-damp, mildew-proof, rust prevention and anti-corrosion, ensuring that the equipments may be delivered to the site without any damage and corrosion. Before packing, Seller shall inspect and clean the equipments as per the whole set of equipments, making sure that there are no foreign objects and ensuring the completeness of components and spare parts.

Manufacturer will ensure that the SKU on the packing label matches the SKU on the price list and invoices. Manufacturer will xxxx each Product and shipping container in accordance with a mutually agreed upon label format.
