Common use of Ownership Share Clause in Contracts

Promptly upon the request of the Administrative Agent, evidence of the Borrower’s calculation of the Ownership Share with respect to a Non-Wholly Owned Subsidiary or an Unconsolidated Affiliate, such evidence to be in form and scope reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent; and
