Common use of Ownership of Work Product Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Work Product. All work product of Contractor under this Agreement shall be the exclusive property of the City. Contractor waives and releases all rights relating to the use of the work under this Agreement, including any rights arising under 17 U.S.C. § 106A. Reuse of work product by City or others for purposes outside the Scope of Work shall be without liability to Contractor.
